TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Session fees are payable in advance to secure your booking. Fees are non-refundable, although are transferable pending availability. Direct deposit is the preferred method of payment, although Paypal is accepted with the current merchant fee to apply. 

Session fees include all time, travel and talent by the photographer; professional editing and galleries. It does not include any prints, digital images or other product. 

Newborn Sessions are of course tentative dates, with a firm date scheduled from 5 - 14 days following birth. Sessions are between 1 - 3 hours long, to ensure bub is completely settled. Lisa has extensive experience and training in settling and soothing newborns. 

Newborn Sessions are conducted within the Barefoot Studio in Woronora, by request within the local surrounding suburbs (Sutherland Shire), or within the hospital environment. Whilst every endeavour is taken to ensure that traditional newborn poses are taken, Lisa will not pursue any position or pose that is harmful or is of any discomfort to your baby. Safety and security is paramount in every newborn session and therefore every session is unique. Images which are presented on Barefoot Photography's website, blog or Facebook page is not indicative of every newborn session.

Maternity Sessions are held either in studio, home or a location of mutual agreement. 

All baby, children and family sessions are held at home, or location of mutual agreement. 

Packages and prices are subject to change, however previous prices will be honoured should you receive a Pricelist via email and have paid the session fee. Packages and prices are non-negotiable. 

Only professionally edited images are provided. Raw (unedited) images are not offered. 

In the event that no purchase is entered into, Barefoot Photography will retain full copyright pertaining to display, portfolio, advertising and promotion.

MODEL RELEASE

Barefoot Photography retains the copyright to all images and derivate works thereof and has the right to make reproductions for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website of any publication to promote the studio or name. 

By purchasing digital images the Bearer (client) has full disclosure to reproduce the images and make unlimited prints for personal use at leisure. 

Following any purchase, Barefoot Photography will ensure that every endevour will be made to obtain consent prior to certain publications. Expressed written declination will certainly be honoured.

Bearer (client) agrees that he/she may not use any images for commercial or editorial purposes, or enter any images into competition without the express written permission and credit to Barefoot Photography. 

Copying, scanning and screen shots are strictly prohibited from website, blog and other publications owned and managed by Barefoot Photography. Sharing/copying to social media sites are allowed providing you have purchased from Barefoot Photography only - alterations to digital images is strictly prohibited. 

I hereby agree that I am a) over the age of 18 and b) the legal guardian of any minors that are subject.
